【意　　義】 中国高等学校（高等教育機関＝大学の意味）計算機教育研究会を母体として、2006年に発足した国際会議 IEEE International Conference on Computer Science and Education (IEEE ICCSE)は10年にわたって厦門、武漢、開封市、南寧市、合肥市（以上、中国）、シンガポール、メルボルン、コロンボ、バンクーバー、ケンブリッジを巡り、各地の参加者を根付かせて、100-200名規模の年次大会が企画・開催されてきました。
次年度の学会がで11回目となります。2008年に当学会は”Science meeting on-line”にリストアップされ、Excellentシンポジウムの一つとして認識されるようになりました。
こうした横断的な視点をもつことは、既存の専門分野の壁を超えた研究を進めることにつながり、挑戦的で独創的な研究を培うことができると考えられ有意義かと存じます。

Since 2006, the International Conference on Computer Science and Education (ICCSE) has been held in Xiamen, Wuhan, Kaifeng, Nanning, Hefei, Singapore, Melbourne, Colombo and Vancouver for nine sessions.

Many internationally renowned experts and IEEE Fellows from the fields of computer, education and control have made brilliant speeches. The visitants and participants include many experts, academics, scientists, technicians and engineers from many well-known domestic and foreign institutions of higher learning, researches and enterprises. These make the conference become a good platform for internationally academic communication. For this reason, the 2008 ICCSE has been listed on “Science meeting on-line” as one of the excellent symposiums, and all the conference report video became the source of “Science meeting on-line” collection.

The 11th International Conference on Computer Science Education (ICCSE 2016) will be held in Nagoya University, Nagoya, Japan at August 23-25, 2016, with special programs in Fukui(Aug.22th) and Kyoto(Aug.26th).

ICCSE 2016 is organized by the executive committee of ICCSE2016(in Nagoya) and National Research Council of Computer Education in Colleges Universities, China (CRC-CE)

The proceedings of ICCSE 2016 will be published by IEEE, and be included in IEEE Xplore digital library.

The 11th International Conference on Computer Science Education (ICCSE 2016) will be held in Nagoya University, Japan at Aug. 23-25 (Satellite Event: 22th and 26th),　2016

The conference is organized by Program Committee Nagoya of ICCSE 2016, and technically co-sponsored by National Research Council of Computer Education in Colleges Universities, China (CRC-CE) and the IEEE Nagoya, Japan Section.

Prof. Toshio FUKUDA, PhD

At present, he is a Professor of Department of Mechatronics Engineering, Meijo University, Japan. He was a Professor of Dept. of Micro and Nano System Engineering and Dept. of Mechano- Informatics and Systems, Nagoya University. He has been mainly engaging in the research fields of intelligent robotic system, micro and nano robotics, bio-robotic system, and technical diagnosis and error recovery system.

He was the President of IEEE Robotics and Automation Society (1998-1999), Director of the IEEE Division X, Systems and Control (2001-2002), and Region 10 Director-elect (2011-2012). He was the Founding General Chairman of IEEE International Conference on Intelligent Robots and Systems (IROS) held in Tokyo (1988). He was Founding Chair of the IEEE Workshop on System Integration International (SII, 2008)

He has received many awards such as IEEE Eugene Mittelmann Achievement Award (1997), IEEE Third Millennium Medal (2000) , IEEE Robotics and Automation Pioneer Award (2004), IEEE Transaction Automation Science and Engineering Googol Best New Application Paper Award (2007), George Saridis Leadership Award in Robotics and Automation (2009), IEEE Robotics and Automation Technical Field Award (2010). IEEE Fellow (1995).

Prof.　Maoqing Li, PhD (Xiamen Univ., China)

Dr. Hirofumi SEO, MD (Science CG Designer)

Graduated from the University of Tokyo Faculty of Medicine.
Hirofumi studied 3DCG at “Digital Hollywood” (a professional school specializing in 3DCGlocated in Tokyo) during his second year at The School of Medicine, The University of Tokyo.
After completing two-year medical internship at The University of Tokyo Hospital, he is now working as a scientific CG designer.
He also studied for a short period at The Department of Art as Applied to Medicine, JohnsHopkins Medicine as a visiting student.
With the knowledge and experience as a medical specialist, Hirofumi produces inimitable 3DCG works such as illustrations, animations and softwares that are both “fun” and “factual”.

Mr. Iwao NAKAYAMA (Evangelist; Soft Bank Co. Ltd.)

Iwao_NAKAYAMAThrough careers in foreign manufacturers, he joined Softbank Commerce (now Softbank BB) in 2001.
He has also been engaged in activities in external lecturers as Evangelist of development and SaaS ,or BB consumer security services as a director of BB Promotion Department in Yahoo.
To promoting sales of the iPhone and iPad as the chief evangelist at Business Promotion Division of Softbank Mobile, he is actively making lectures, writing, talking in TV programs throughout the country,. He served special lecturers in more than 20 of the university
He is a author (co-author) of the book “The impact of smart phones” (in Japanese).

Authors should submit the full version of their manuscripts online through the conference submission system at http://www.yeedao.net/en/login .

All submissions must be written in English. The submitted manuscripts should contain sufficient details including key concepts and novel features of the work, and must be formatted according to IEEE’s Two-Column Format for Conference Proceedings and be no longer than 6 pages including all text, reference, appendices, and figures. Templates are available at the conference website. The submissions should be in PDF format which is IEEE PDF eXpress compliant. To ensure submissions are suitable for ICCSE, authors are strongly recommended to first review the papers published by previous ICCSEs.

The Proceedings of ICCSE 2016 will be included in the IEEE Conference Publication Program (CPP), and will be published through IEEE Xplore. The past proceedings of ICCSE had been indexed by Ei. For EI/ISI Proceeding indexing timetable, please refer to the past ICCSEs in the conference site. Special Issue for Control and Intelligent System: ICCSE will select about 12 papers with further enhancement to submit to the journal, published by ACTA press, which can be indexed by EI.
